Bookings Terms & Conditions

To book, you can phone or email. If you phone you will be asked to confirm your booking via email. If you email and don’t receive a confirmation from us please phone to check your request has been received.

Bookings via email require a fixed line contact number & mobile if possible, name and address, via phone you may be asked for payment card details. (These will not be processed without your permission and no written records of your payment details are kept after your stay.)

Cancellations

“To cancel a booking please phone us at your earliest convenience. You may be asked to email your cancellation request for records.”

Changes to Price and Menu's

At some point, changes may need to be made. We reserve the right to change prices & menu's without priar notice, but will inform customers of any changes as soon as possible.
